Yasmin Vantuykom: Free breakfast session - The Hoxton #62

Experience
offline.

November 2025

This Week on "Scrollaholics"...

Our first Quyet X Scrollaholics event! A free breakfast session next Thursday (27/11) in The Hoxton - Brussels.

Why? Because I want to gather our community offline, make them experience what offline can bring you, especially in the workplace.

What to Expect:

  • Welcome breakfast in a beautiful setting.
  • A keynote by me, I'll share my personal story of breaking free from screen addiction. I'll offer practical tips and real-life tools from my book to help you reshape digital habits and protect mental wellbeing in a hyperconnected world. -
  • An interactive session with Anouk Doore: Former ultra-endurance athlete and coach, Anouk will guide you through a hands-on experience that explores how growth and recovery go hand in hand.
Expect to learn powerful new habits, how to embrace discomfort (like not being constantly reachable) and how to shift from always-on to intentionally offline - all through a session that moves you, literally and mentally.
  • A networking moment + free access to the coworking space for those who’d like to stay and work from The Hoxton after the event

Why attend? Because high performance doesn’t mean more hustle. It means clarity, space, and intentional energy management for you and the people around you.

  • This event is designed to be short, powerful and grounding with practical takeaways you can bring back to your workplace and personal life immediately.
  • Reserve your spot
  • Attendance is free, but spots are limited. (5 left) Want to join? Simply reply here or send an email to team@quyet.eu and we’ll send over all the practical info.

Yasmin Vantuykom: Newsletter #65 Belief is what you do before the numbers agree. February 2025 This Week on "Scrollaholics"... I didn’t write a newsletter lately because work has been… loud. Not “busy” loud. More like existential spreadsheet loud. Because here’s the part nobody romanticizes: it takes a very specific kind of belief to keep going when the math isn’t rewarding you yet. When you’re doing a lot, reinvesting everything, and the numbers don’t reflect the effort. When progress is...

Yasmin Vantuykom: Newsletter #64 Not everything needs celebrating. But progress deserves tracking. December 2025 This Week on "Scrollaholics"... Since 2020, I’ve been keeping a Tada-Da list next to my To-Do list. It’s a simple habit: capturing what has actually been delivered, especially the things that, a year earlier, were still just plans. Here’s what made the list recently: A real leap into a new space. From concept to physical product, and from solo building to an expert community,...

Yasmin Vantuykom: Newsletter #63 The new status symbol? Being offline. November 2025 This Week on "Scrollaholics"... Offline is the new luxury. At least, that’s what Vogue says. Brands are leaning into analog experiences, tactile materials, and slower ways of living, because apparently, scrolling less is suddenly chic. Tote bags filled with books, puzzles, and journals are trending on TikTok. A flip phone or “no followers” status? Instant cool. Wearing yesterday’s micro-trends online is...
